About these terms

These terms apply when you use ajdecorglobal.com and when you order from AJ Decor and Global Services. Placing an order means you accept them.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed by sending your cart to us on WhatsApp. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees; prices in other currencies are estimates for convenience. An order is confirmed only after we agree the final price, delivery cost, and payment method with you in the chat. Payment is made by bank transfer or another method agreed with you. We may correct pricing mistakes on the website before confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery time and cost depend on your location and are confirmed with you before you pay.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Colour shades may differ slightly from photos due to screens and lighting.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by messaging us.
